Our focus is on manufacturing a wide range of customized high precision mould bases that fulfilled the European and US standard such as DME and HASCO. We also manufacture standard mould bases which can be used for cavities and cores of basic construction. We manufacture the mould bases such that our customers need only install the cavities, cores and auxiliary items, for the mould to be ready for testing and production. By outsourcing the manufacture of mould bases to us, customers can focus their resources on core and cavity manufacturing. We work closely with our customers in relation to the production of the mould bases, from quotation through the design and manufacturing stages to final inspection and delivery, to ensure that our mould bases effectively meet their stringent requirements. |
