We provide punching service to PCB manufacturers for a wide range of materials such as single/double-sided PCB, flexible PCB, multi-layer PCB, and supporting boards. The PCB punching services is an essential part of the PCB manufacturing process. Inside the PCB, there are many holes and cavities which are created either by mechanical/laser drilling method or by PCB mould punching method. The PCB mould punching method is a preferred method because it is faster, cheaper, and is able to provide the same precision, accuracy and consistency than the mechanical/laser drilling process.
We currently possess the knowledge and the skillset to provide PCB punching services up to 12 layer of high density interconnect PCB. The growing demand of flexible PCB requires punching services as conventional mechanical drilling will not be able to create the holes and cavities with the same precision and accuracy. Apart from PCB punching services, we also provide CNC routing and V-scoring service to our customers to fit with their needs in PCB manufacturing. |
